Our staff will called you about the repair charges and if you are agree, we will dispatch our staff to collect at your place. There will be NO pick-up charge and NO upfront fees is required.

Once we collected your laptop, you will be given a tracking number to track your repair. If we found more problem on your laptop, we will keep you informed and asked your permission to change defect parts if required. If you not agree with it, we will deliver back to your place, no delivery charge is needed.
